My professional experience in the international education consultancy sector, particularly through my leadership role at the Foreign Admission & Career Development Consultants Association of Bangladesh (FACD-CAB), has allowed me to work closely with government authorities, foreign missions, international organizations, overseas universities, university representatives, and education consultancy professionals. This experience has given me a strong understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements, university partnerships, and responsible student recruitment practices.

About Habib Ullah Khan
Habib Ullah Khan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Global University Admission Center and an experienced professional in international education consultancy, administration, stakeholder engagement, project management, and organizational development. He has more than ten years of professional experience across leadership, administration, information technology, public relations, event management, and business operations.
Before leading Global University Admission Center, he served as Secretary of the Foreign Admission & Career Development Consultants Association of Bangladesh (FACD-CAB). FACD-CAB is a Ministry of Commerce-approved trade organization and an “A” Class Member of the FBCCI. It is a leading industry organization representing education consultancy firms in Bangladesh and plays an important role in promoting professional standards, guiding the sector, and monitoring relevant rules and regulations.
During his tenure at FACD-CAB, Mr. Khan worked closely with education consultancy firms, government institutions, regulatory authorities, foreign missions, international organizations, overseas universities, and university representatives. His responsibilities included organizing education fairs and professional events, reviewing membership applications, supporting institutional compliance, strengthening administrative systems, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders.
His close engagement with foreign universities and their representatives gave him valuable practical knowledge of international student recruitment, university partnership development, admission processes, industry compliance, and professional consultancy standards. This experience has directly strengthened his ability to lead Global University Admission Center with industry expertise, strategic vision, and a strong commitment to ethical and student-focused services.
Habib Ullah Khan holds a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Southeast University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA. His vision is to establish Global University Admission Center as one of Bangladesh’s most trusted, professional, and internationally connected education consultancy organizations.

We live in a world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. We can make the most of the world around us by getting our education in a foreign country. If we can not only learn from our own culture, but others as well, we will exceed even more in this international world we now live in.
International standard quality education acts like a passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those students who achieve it today. Nobody can achieve success accidentally. We must plan our goal at first and then need to create opportunity without waiting for a chance. We need to be wise like strategists and harmless like doves regarding choosing our right path to select an educational institute and career as well. Finding right way is more important than finding an easy way.
